  • Do you engrave firearms legally?Yes. We comply with all federal engraving and ATF serialization laws. Serialized parts must follow ATF guidelines, and we verify legality before accepting any job.
  • Can I ship my firearm to you?In most cases, you cannot ship a full firearm directly without going through a licensed FFL. However, non-serialized parts like slides, barrels, or grips can be shipped directly for engraving. If you need help ordering compatible parts or sending items, I can assist or have parts shipped to me directly.
  • Do you engrave heirlooms or antique pieces?Yes — but please understand that antique or heirloom items may carry risks due to unknown alloys, old finishes, or fragile materials. I take extreme care in handling and testing surfaces prior to engraving.
  • What happens if something goes wrong during engraving?My process includes careful surface prep, test passes, and detailed client notes — but rare issues can still arise. Please read the clause below for clarity:
    While every effort is made to protect your item during engraving, in rare instances a failure may occur due to material defects, unknown coatings, or uncontrollable machine error. In such cases, I will do everything within my power to repair or replace the damage. However, I cannot guarantee replacement of sentimental or one-of-a-kind pieces. This is covered under our Act of God clause — a safeguard that acknowledges risks beyond either party’s control. If it's my fault, I take ownership. If it's beyond all foresight, we handle it together with honesty.
  • Can I request fully custom artwork?Absolutely. I create unique layouts for each client. You can provide inspiration, initials, logos, or let me run wild. From full slide engravings to delicate crests, everything is planned and previewed with your input before any etching starts.
  • Do you offer website or digital help too?Yes — I offer full digital services from web builds and SEO to marketing and managed hosting. Whether you're just starting or need a professional overhaul, I build systems designed to grow with your brand.
