My Journey with Fasting: Benefits & Insights

After experiencing a traumatic event, I found myself unable to eat regularly, focused on other things. Fasting became a necessary way to ensure I received some nutrients and focus on healing or working. It wasn't easy, the profound benefits of fasting that you read about in many diets became apparent.. you become full quicker, so you care what you intake because you can tell by your energy the next day. You lose weight quickly, noticeably, you stick with it, it is just one of those things talked about and I experienced it. More people became attracted to me, to you. More confidence.
